View full recipe at www.manjulaskitchen.com Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups corn 1 medium tomato About 1 cup finely chopped cabbage 8 to 10 string beans 1 small carrot 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon oil 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste) 1 teaspoon lemon juice (adjust to taste)

@jishu05 If you use frozen corn, you don’t need to do the first step of cooking the corn for so long. If you just boil it until it is defrosted and heated through, then you move onto the blending step.
(this is because frozen corn is already cooked).

Is corn grown in India, or is the corn a replacement for a traditional Indian vegetable which you can not get in other parts of the world?

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALL YOUR RECIPES… I made the corn soup and it came out wonderful.. will you please tell us more soup recipes? because my family loves soup once in a while and I been making the corn soup from past 3 weeks like 3 times a week… THANK YOU
